Heart Foundation Infographics

We love creating infographics! First two infographics were created for Heart Foundation to convey key data/statistics in a fun, engaging and informative manner while telling a story. The purpose was for politicians and health promoters to support the Stop the Heartbreak campaign.

Healthy Heart Award (HHA), one of Heart Foundation’s education programmes, needed an infographic of their own to encourage Early Childhood Education (ECE) services to participate in the HHA programme by marketing the positive impact of the programme.
